Photograph establishes Moon was married to Avinash in temple

Bhubaneswar, Dec.11(Odisha.in) Advocate Babita Kar's revelation that  Avinash  had told her that he had married Moon Das in a temple  seems to be  correct. A photograph  available at Orkut web site of Avinash clearly establishes Moon in a wedding saree with vermilion in her fore head.

She was also wearing a wedding ring in the ring finger of her left hand. Avinash had also put vermilion on his forehead and had put an uttariya over his shoulder, as is done during performing rituals.

The photograph shows Moon standing between Avinash and another young man, probably his friend with paddy fields and trees in the back ground. They seem to be standing at a high altitude.

The back ground resembles the field opposite to Dhauli hills near Bhubaneswar.

This leads to believe that they had married in a temple around Bhubaneswar before September 09, this year prior to meeting Babita Kar for filing application with the Registrar for Marriages, Bhuabneswar to legalize their marriage.

This particular photograph and documents available at the Marriage Registrar's office in Bhubaneswar dismisses the claims of Moon's father Manimohan as well as Avinash's father Bhupen Patnaik that both of them were simply " friends ". Moreover they had stayed in Hotel Durga at Angul, declaring themselves as man and wife.

According to available documents , they had also stayed together in Hotel Suryansh , Bhubaneswar for three days in July this year.

Avinah's entry about him in Orkut site reveals November 02 as his date of birth. He has mentioned, " languages i speak:English (US), Hindi, Oriya " and  was probably in Mumbai " for friends, activity partners, business networking, dating (women)."

About him he mentioned, " I am studying b-com final year, but I am a businessman running my own established firm in Angul district therefore now I am staying in Angul. Actually I am from Rourkela .A person with lots of dream ,a friendly, loving and practical person .

His favorite fashion included ,alternative, casual, classic, contemporary, designer, minimal, natural, outdoorsy, smart, trendy, urban. His favorite sports were basket ball,foot ball an car race.

Avinash mentioned that he was drinking "socially" and his passion was to " become a popular business man and leader of business field.

But all his dreams were vanished along with him because of his " mysterious pre-mature death."

According to sources close to  Bhupen Patnaik, though he had not filed any F.I.R. at Mumbai immediately after death of his son Avinash, he is consulting criminal lawyers in Cuttack to file F.I.R. with Mumbai police and is determined to leave no stones unturned to unearth the truth behind death of Avinash inside Moon's apartment in Mumbai.

Since Patnaik does not feel it safe to go to Mumbai for filing the F.I.R., he is likely to send it by registered post to Oshawara police station in Mumbai. Patnik reportedly collecting evidences to establish that Avinash's death was a planned murder with help of expert hired killers.
