New twist to Moon Das-Avinash episode : Bhupen files F.I.R.

Bhuabneswar, Dec.11.( Odisha.in ): The Moon Das-Avinash Patnaik " mysterious " relationship and death of Avinash inside the 9th floor apartment of the model in Mumbai seems to be becoming complicated day by day.

With the latest revelations about Moon Das-Avinash marriage, allegation of huge funds changed for different purposes and statements of Avinash's two Bhuabneswar based close friends and business associates have thrown new light in the case.

Though the Mumbai police and Moon Das have said that Avinash had committed suicide after killing Moon's mother and uncle, neither Bhupen Patnaik, father of Avinash nor his friends are prepared to buy the idea. They feel that Avinash has
fallen prey to a deep rooted conspiracy hatched in Mumbai.

The root cause of the murder could be only the huge amount of money paid by Avinash to his Mumbai associates.

Dismissing the shoot out theory of double-murder and committing suicide ,Bhupen Patnasik, Avinash's father on Monday has sent an F.I.R. to Oshiwara police station in Mumbai by registered post, alleging that his son was murdered in Mumbai.

He has held Moon Das responsible for death of his son, according to sources close to Bhupen Patnaik, an electrical Superintending Engineer, working with WESCO in Sambalpur.

Nalini Kanta Baral, a Bhubaneswar based young businessman, who was a close friend and business associate of Avinash Patnaik, who was found shot dead in the Mumbai apartment of model Mousumi Moon Das on November 26th night,
confirmed that Avinash and Moon had got married in the Dakhina Kali temple near Khurda located at a distance of about 25 kms from Bhubaneswar.

 He was an witness to the marriage.

Nalini told that he knew for certain that Avinash had paid Rs 40 lakhs to Ramesh Sharma of Mumbai to produce a C.D. film with Moon Das. He had also paid another Rs 25 lakhs to him to start a discotheque in Mumbai.

Nalini told Odisha.in that because of such financial transactions can not rule out involvement of Ramesh Sharma in the unfortunate incident that took place at Moon's apartment on the dreadful night .

A.B. Harichandan, another close friend and business associate of Avinash, who has been shocked at the whole incident said that Avinash had rang him up on the day of incident at about 8.30 p.m. and had informed him that he would meet Harichandan next day with Rs 30 lakhs for submitting the amount as security deposit for a tender in Jharsuguda under Sambalpur district.

Harichandan informed that Moon had rang him up three days after the ghastly incident and blamed Avinash for the whole incident. She told him that Avinash had shut the door from inside and had shot him. But the locking system of the
door was such, one can lock it from outside also.

Harichandan said that Moon had talked to him for about 21 minutes on that day, which he has recorded in his mobile.
